File a Lost and Found Report
Terminal 3 consists of a dedicated lost and found department where passengers can report issues related to lost, delayed, and damaged luggage. Items that are lost inside the airport are often turned in to the personnels available in the lost and found desk. Please keep in mind that sometimes it takes more than 24 hours for the items to show up in the department or to be found by the authorities. In such a case, your patience is expected.
The Lost and Found Department does not/will not accept the following items:
- Personal items such as pillows and blankets.
- Perishable items such as food and beverages.
- Vaping items, tobacco, and cannabis.
- Oxygen tanks, water bottles, and hydro flasks.
- Sharp camping knives and other harmful weapons.

- Hoverboards, butane or propane canisters, and Biohazard materials.
A few more things to consider are:
- If you have left your item on the flight, get in touch with your airline.
- The lost and found desk shall not be reliable for items lost/damaged in transit.
- To verify your lost item, you must fill out another form, “Submit a new lost item report.”
- The lost and found department does not charge the travelers to file a lost & found report.
- The items are kept under supervision for not more than 30 days. Make sure to collect or follow up before that.
